Kichen staffs were kind and the prep process was amazing but obviously's it's the worst SS Burger branch I've been recently. We all know that it's $22 burger combo but it was quality that brought us there. The staff tried use up all the browned-lettuce (I would not even ... consume these at home), tables were not organized, dirty trays everywhere, dark, washroom was out of service. Great burgers but on the expensive side. The bacon is surprisingly flavourful and the unlimited toppings are a treat. The onion rings are made with red onions which is great and the sweet potato fries are well made too. Ate here twice in my three day stay in Toronto. Tasty burger, wide selection of toppings, the lady was very courteous and patient with our order. Will certainly come back again…

Was out for a walk and decided to grab a bite to eat. I wanted to wash my hands and use the washroom prior to eating, but the staff wouldn't allow us to do such. There were no signs indicating that it was closed either. The staff weren't very pleasant ... to deal with either. Hoping the food tastes better than this experience. First time visiting South St Burger and it was a great experience. You'll get to choose what goes in your burger, just like Subway. The restaurant was really clean and food wasn't cheap but really good!
