With the cost of takeout food nowadays. This place hasn't raised their prices significantly or lowered their portions sizes or reduced the quality of the burgers. I fed 2 people for $15 (2 burgers and 1 fries) FYI it's cash only

Genuinely classy joint with good, pleasant vibes and the food being done just right and consistent . I would suggest to go for the thick chocolate smoothie and the banquet burger. This joint truly embodies the slogan ‘old is gold’ . Dont get me wrong the other multi millionaire dollar ... franchises have been there since time immemorial but i feel many store miss the opportunity to have that spirit which is still here. We live in North York for almost 4 years and just now we discovered Johnny’s. Simple, good price, and tasty. Just like this. The service was great, despite being busy, I got my burgers in reasonable time. Hard to find a place like that, where you find good food for a fair ... price. I still have some of their other burgers to try, but so far not disappointed with the hamburgers. The place is cash only. Read more

It’s Johnny’s. Should you drive here from across town? Absolutely not. But if you live in the neighborhood, it’s reasonably fast, it’s relatively cheap. They don’t prompt you for a 25% tip or any tip beyond the change box. I can walk in with a $20 bill and walk out ... with a single burger for my wife and a double for me, plus some rings. Food - 6/10 the burger was above average. It tasted like real meet and is accurately described by a “cookout” burger. Something you and your friends make on a grill. Not bad at all, but nothing special. Service - 8/10 service was impeccable. They were quick with my order and had ... no problems and were very patient to package it.
