Ordered blue moon burger. Servers are not kind, super slow, and the kitchen does not look clean. The bun was soggy and they definitely put too much blue cheese sauce on my burger that i was so shocked after a first bite. Update - Nov 16, 2018 The ownership has changed (Corporate store). The previous owners there ran a good ship and the cook there was awesome and made a real difference. Sad to see them leave but all good things must come to an end. For the new owners wish them the best, ... the fries are more crispy than before for those that prefer that. But I personally missed the soft fries there. But overall miss the familiar faces for me. Still great tasting food but its like my parent's cooking, I can follow the exact recipie but doesn't taste the same without them involved :) ------------- This is my favourite burger joint in the area! The staff here are really friendly and it is incredibly clean inside! Great views of Bay street, no smells inside, very fresh burger and ingredients. Amy is super friendly, and everyone who's a regular knows her. For some reason, the quality at this location is far better than the others. My recommendation is get the 6oz Signature Burger. They make the best fries here if you like soft fries. But Amy introduced me the fried tempura zucchini and it is incredibly addictive! Read more

Disappointing! I eat as HERO Burger locations all over this city. Ordered sweet potato fries which I paid extra for. But after receiving a smaller than usual portion I politely asked for a bit more. I was told that the amt. was correct and it was because it was compact. ... Well if it is compact it was due to the excess oil. Long story short the the cook and personnel serving me decided to not accommodate me in light of good customer service and remained firm in their decision. Btw my fries I inform them that this is the first time I have ever received sweet potato fries below the recommended serving line. And bid them a good day. ***FEEDBACK*** moments when good customer service can make an impactful difference towards customer and service provider.
