Used drive thru and had big harv combo. However, the onion rings were disgusting as they seemed old, refried, hard and had a terrible smokey burnt taste. Basically inedible...I throw them out...Had I dined inside I would have returned them and asked for new order or french fries. Inexcusable 👎

Might want to be careful eating here... I just got some food poisoning from one of their burgers. I usually have good experiences with Harvey's, so I'm quite surprised. The burger I had tasted a little off, but didn't think much of it until I got home...😖

Customer service is trash. Some workers have terrible attitude.. manager is disgustingly rude. I came here twice now, both experience was a nightmare. I had a new worker make my burger, fine i understand he’s new and he’s being trained not the issue. He did forget to ask which sauces ... I’d like on my burger, which is okay his manager with the most disgusting attitude ever was giving him anxiety.. honestly I don’t know how an attitude like that is even real, or legal….i didn’t want to put more pressure on him so I just asked for the sauce on the side, and the manager was goin to charge me? I asked what’s the difference?! Like how does that make any sense? There’s no cost to put sauce on the burger… but there’s a charge on the side? That’s silly.. like after that whole back and fourth about being charged for sauces that simply would’ve been put on my burger at no charge was going on, I lost my appetite. Honestly I feel bad for the workers that have to work under that manager. Very busy for a Friday evening and the staff preparing the burgers etc weren’t exactly built for speed, maybe they were still learning, but they were friendly and polite. The food took a while to come out but the Chicken BLT sandwich was fantastic. Best chicken sandwich I had at a ... Harvey’s in a long time. Onion rings were good to but very sparse in comparison to most locations. What I liked about this location is the grill is directly behind the window to the back and the smell of the char broiling and the smoke invites you into the restaurant and lets you know your food is freshly cooked.
