Busy lunch rush hour in a downtown office building. Ordering takes 20 mins and another 20 to get your food. Absolutely no sense of urgency from staff or even a smile. Entered the line at 12:18 and got my food at 12:44. If your eating here, I hope you have ... an extra long lunch break and no appointments. You WILL be waiting! This is by far the worst Harvey’s I have ever been to. I went during the lunch rush to I expected a bit of a line. What I didn’t expect is that it would take 20 minutes just for them to take my order and another 20 minutes waiting for ... it. It wasn’t like my order was big either, it was 4 chicken strips. The chicken were fine or so I thought because the next day I woke up with food poisoning. I will not be coming back. Read more

Can be quite busy during lunch rush and even with number of staff they can be somewhat slow. Add in that they don't call the order number of service very loud and dinners don't pay attention (usually on phones) and the wait time gets even longer. Servers often forget extra ... items so stick to the preselected meal options. Read more
