We are frequent customers at this particular location and for the first time used the digital coupon and ordered by mistake. Instead of getting two veggie burgers, one turned out to be a flame-grilled original. As we picked up our orders, I asked the cashier what is a flame-grilled burger, ... and he responded that it contained beef. As a vegetarian, I don't eat meat and immediately told him I don't eat meat. Surprisingly, he said he didn't either but the shocking thing is he didn't offer me the option of changing it to another veggie burger. Not wanting to be rude, I went to my table, ate the onion rings, and drank my chocolate milk. I thought to myself, I paid for this with my hard earned money and deserved to enjoy a proper good meal so after awhile I went back and asked the cashier if I could change this beef burger to a veggie burger and reminded him again that I don't eat meat. He immediately replied no sorry which left me very upset. It was a bit shocking because we are frequent customers at this location, and this person served us several times! I was very upset and told him to throw it in the garbage because what can I do with it? To make matters worse, he told me to throw it myself and point me to the trash bin at the very back where we sat. I just went back to my table and left the sandwich there. It looked horrible! Was so looking forward to this. But it was nowhere close compared to South St. and Priest. Verdict: Skippable

Came for 2 Jr chicken burgers. Tasted great, fresh veggies. Great healthy meal. Each burger had 1 sauce: Garlic mayo and Harv sauce. Note that I don't like Harv sauce, so future get another sauce, like Ranch or any new sauces they have.

Food is freshly cooked! Handled well and clean!! I prefer eating burgers here rather than mcdo. 2 original burger for $8? Amazing deal! specially when you can customize your own burger!!

Love Harvey's. Especially the onion rings here they are very flavorsome. Burgers are good too. Love the orange crush here. Good place to satiate your hunger and cravings before you come here to watch movies in Cineplex on next level to Harvey's floor.
