Sorry I have to change my review. Super disappointed. I go here all the time. Not anymore. I guess the app was down. But they took my money 4 times. So I went to the store to discuss. A female manager handled the situation perfectly. ... And she stated they all should be reversed and to be patient. Took my name and number just in case. Then another manager came over, a male. He was rude , told me to call the bank and pretty much to keep it moving. Even gave the girl manager attitude for spending so much time with me. He was super nonchalant. Banks don't just reverse payments. They have to investigate. He made it sound so simple and frivolous. Paying 60 dollars for hamburger combo is not nothing. Called the head office. She wasn't much better. Said they would all be reversed. Didn't offer any apologies or compensation for my time. I spent my entire lunch break on the phone with the bank. As of right now matter is still outstanding. Not a good experience at all. End result ended up still getting food from there. And it was missing cheese. 😬 Much better location then before. The renovations look great. Also previously they had some rude employees. The recent staff is friendly and accommodating. I even stop going for a bit because of them. Now zero issue. Super friendly staff! Looked like they were having lots of fun at work which is nice to see. Order came through fast, excellent topping sizes. The guy who was putting our order together did three things: 1. Put all the fries/sides in one bag and burgers in another 2. Labeled all the ... burgers 3. Absolute pleasure meeting Zoie at the drive through tonight. I often eat out at burger places and rarely encounter someone who goes the extra mile. Exceptional customer service from Zoie, very knowledgeable and friendly. Thank you!

Located on the Queensways, the Harvey’s has a drive through and ample amount of parking. The place was decorated for the holidays. Surprisingly it’s larger than it appears. Stopped by for a quick bite before the movies. Was greeted by friendly staff who was patient and took our order. It ... had been awhile since I’ve been to Harvey’s, I tried the crispy chicken, got to choose toppings from a variety of fresh ingredients. We came here for a quick bite before the movie and it was excellent. Firstly the servers were very warm and tried to make it easier for us since we came here for the first time. Secondly the chicken is well cooked for a fast food restaurant. It was crispy, ... fresh and had very good seasoning.
