Big Smoke Burger - Toronto, Ontario

Last visit was during a lunch "rush" with about 12 people ordering. Placed the same order as a friend at the same time. Mine came out but his took forever. Likely because they gave his order away. While they issue order numbers, they call by food type. Not very helpful ... when everyone is ordering burgers and Pepsi. While it's great to see fresh cut fries, mine were cold. Pretty good burger here and the poutine and onion rings were delicious. I’d go back. Nice fast food place with nice service.

Oh, I love Big Smoke Burger! It's one of my favourite burger joints in Toronto. The burgers there are delicious! They have a great variety of options, from classic beef burgers to unique and creative combinations. highly recommend. 🍔😋

Ordered a Big Smoke burger and strawberry shake. The server was very friendly and helpful the burger did not look like the picture but it was delicious as I was hoping it would. I have been wanting to try this place for a long time. I work in the area on occasions and always said I would visit and try. Pretty disappointed- when I arrived there was no one in line and no one waiting for their orders. One of my ... coworkers got there 10min before me ordered and had already received their meal. My other coworker and I arrived together and placed our order. We sat and waited for our meals- we asked approximately how long and was told 10 mins at most. We ended up waiting for 25-30 min for our order, mind you after we placed our order a group of about 5 came in maybe 5-10 minutes later and a lady came in. Finally got our meals and either the stuff forgot to give our meals or the meals were not cooked at that time. Burger was slopped together and dry. Fries were soggy and cold. Disappointed was really hoping to love and enjoy this place so I have a spot to look forward to go to when downtown. Read more
