Had to go downstairs into sketchy bathrooms. Bathroom were shocking! Dirty sanitary items sticking out of the sanitary box jam with a crack pipe. Clearly it has not been cleaned in age. Visited on a Sunday morning and asked about the breakfast specials. I was told to look at the breakfast menu. Other locations have before 11a specials but this location did not seem to have them? Cashier lacked customer service skills. Then as I waited for my order - the noise! ... Oh. My. God. I don't think I have EVER heard such shrill YELLING between staff EVER in my life. An absolute unprofessional RIOT. A&W really needs to look at the reviews on this location and make changes. HORRIBLE service experience. Food was fine but I will NEVER return to this location. This place is the most dirty A&W I’ve ever been to. There was only 1 person working !! Only 1 ! I will never go back to this location, and I definitely will not let this service ruin my love for A&W . Cashier cared more bout tallying up her register than kindly hand me my meal. Suck that my food was cold and had to toss it out. But this shows ... that not many people that work their job actually cares about the service they provide. Hence why there so many bad reviews.
