Another great stay at this beautiful property. From a very warm welcome to a surprise organized in our room for our anniversary. The staff are friendly, everyone seems happy to be working here. W Toronto is always a great stay.

The absolute best hotel experience I’ve had in a while. From checking in to room services, everything is well thought of. The decor is amazing and I loved ever piece. The rooftop bar is also something to check out, they serve really nice drinks and the views make it even ... better. The hotel is also close to public transport, which makes it very accessible. So. Checked in at approximately 2:30pm. First room was hot so we turned on the A/C full blast. Called the front desk and they said they would sent a tech. We politely said no, please give us another. They told us yes and also stated they would check the new room ... to ensure everything was in working order. So we switched rooms and once again the room seemed overly warm. I again turned up the A/C and we went for a bite to eat. We were gone approximately one hour and still the room had not cooled down. Called the front desk and the lady I spoke with seem annoyed and said she would sent a tech. I exclaimed to her that was not good enough due to the fact we had and event to attend in less than an hour and to find a room quickly with working A/C so we could get ready. She told me a manager would call the room but did not so we packed up and went to the front desk. Finally with 25 minutes left before the event we now were on our third room. This room was a bit cooler but the bedside electrical outlets didn't work. Once again I turned up the A/C, we got ready and off to our gathering. Hours, much later in the evening we came back to the room, the A/C wasn't much different and our electrical issue was never addressed. Guess where we are not staying tomorrow night. Read more

We would like to thank the W Hotel staff for their excellent service and special attention. After the wedding, my wife and I stayed at a hotel. We were quickly checked in, and upon arrival in the room we found a surprise from the hotel - champagne and a plate of ... meat deli and cheese. All our requests were treated with special attention and everything was organized immediately. I would also like to emphasize the design of the room: spacious, comfortable, modernized, clean. The rooms are perfectly cleaned, beautiful soft beds for a comfortable sleep, a bar filled to the smallest detail. The hotel is thought out to the smallest detail, and the staff does a great job.
