If I had 0 stars I will give less -10, I took my Ipha 5 to repair the screen so that the repairing boy charged me $120 on the screen of an ipha 5 on January 29 ,after 4 months without any fall, the ipha screen stop working ... and sometimes Blurry,I took the ipha back to tech zone and the guy told me I needed another screen, so how is posible only in 3 or 4 month after the screen is not working anymore ? He told me I can't help unless you pay for a new one. So they repair the phones with bad quality of equipment for you go back. Don't waste your time spending on repairing your phones or ipha there ,because in less than 4 months you'll have to repair them again an pay and pay for the same thing what you already pay . Great place for cases and screen protectors. The young woman at the front is very quick and skilled at putting on the screen protectors and pointed out where I could find a case for my older obscure Huawei phone in the store 👍🏻

I dropped my phone, and I talked to Chen about my broken screen on my iPhone. He gave me options and the best price I would dream of. I had a spare phone also and he was able to move the move the screen and charging port from the spare ... to the damaged phone. Others wouldn’t even touch it. All in less than a hour when others quoted me longer and higher. What impressed me the most was his professionalism and total candor and transparency on the service offered. What needs to be done, how, and what the consequences are. I felt well taken care of. Nicole at the front desk has magic fingers- she applied a screen protector and a case to my like-new phone fast and perfect, I was out the door in no time. Update: The same problem occurred again for the third time. So clearly they didn't properly fix it. Old review: We got our iPhone 7 fixed since the audio during phone calls stopped working (FaceTime also stopped working). They charged us about $70 to get it fixed about two weeks ago. When we ... picked it up in an hour later, the phone was working fine. We didn't have any issue until a few days ago where the same issue happened. Since they don't give a receipt (ALWAYS ASK FOR AN ACTUAL, ITEMIZED RECEIPT!!), we panicked whether they would honor their promise that we could come back in case the same issue happens. So, we went back yesterday and they fixed it again pretty quickly. For the price of $70 and with the assumption that the iPhone doesn't break again, it was a good experience. If the iPhone breaks again, I'll add an update. If not, then assume that the issue has been resolved. NOTE: AS STATED ABOVE, ALWAYS ASK FOR AN ITEMIZED RECEIPT. THEY DO NOT GIVE ANY RECEIPTS HERE, SO MAKE SURE YOU EXPLICITLY ASK FOR IT SINCE THEY ARE LEGALLY OBLIGATED TO PROVIDE IT. ALSO, ASK FOR A WRITTEN STATEMENT THAT YOU CAN COME BACK FOR A REPAIR IN CASE THE SAME ISSUE OCCURS AGAIN. THIS WILL SAVE YOU SOME HEADACHE LATER. Read more
