Kin Kin Bubble Tea - Toronto, Ontario

I always ordered here, but recently I have noticed the lack of service I have received. I ordered 6 drinks, all the same drinks, different sizes, but they didn't put the mango peices in the kids smaller drinks. Kids were really upset as I clearly paid for it. ... Took lots of time to go back and get it right. I was craving a cold smoothie, went In at 8:37pm, they close at 9pm, and the lady said they are closing and had already cleaned the machine. She was clearly pouring a smoothie into a cup of a customer, there were 3 waiting in line that had already ordered. Very disappointed. I know this is alot, but I have a kin kin card that says buy 6, get one free. So this card is with me. This is the second time my girls have gone out with their cousins and purchased 5 large smoothies, without being offered a card. They didn't know about the buy 6 get 1 free deal, so they didn't know to ask. It's over priced yeah, but we buy it cause it's a good healthy drink and a treat when outside. The staff should at least offer the card and tell people about this deal. Sorry for the rant, but it built up to the point of no silence. Read more

Out of all the bubble tea shops I've tried and tasted, Kin-kin at woodside makes the best. Staff here are very nice, friendly, and always greet their customers with a smile. I highly recommend this shop to anybody craving for a refreshing bubble tea!
