First time here, and the smoothies are good. The workers are really nice too.
Prompt and friendly. Croffle was light and so easy to eat. Paired with a Honey Lemon hot tea.
The drinks were pretty good and the crème brûlée croffle was really delicious and flavourful. The only thing was that they initially forgot to make our croffle but besides that the food/drinks were great!
Regular bubble tea shop. They do what they are supposed to and seem to be really good at it. The winter melon tea with grass jelly was nice, but the flavours seemed kind of light. They were very generous with the grass jelly, which is good to see. I ordered ... it is light ice and usually tea shops put more ice than needed, so this was nice to see that it actually was only a little bit of ice. I think after ordering that the specialty drinks would be nice to try as it looked really appetizing but I saw it too late. Will come back again to try some more different items that might make them stand out a bit more. Update: Came here for their soft serve ice cream pre-launch and was most pleasantly surprised! I waited 20mins for bubble waffle and croffels. Bubble waffle was ready but they decided not to call out so it was sitting there cold, then they touched waffles with their hand without washing their hand. For croffels, Machine wasn't working and they decided not to tell me. Was I ... supposed to wait until they close? They don't even call out when orders are ready. If they had time to be on their phone, maybe they should know what they're doing. I asked for refund they didn't know how to refund so I had to wait more, other people waited 30mins for one drink. It's RIDICULOUS! Instead of giving customers attitude, learn more how to do your job and know apologize to customers if they're delayed instead of being on their phone. Wasted my time Read more
