Customer service is not the best. If they deem you don't have money, then they will keep an eye on you, and not offer samples, or gifts. Happened several times. Wish the guy who worked at st.clair and yonge was in charge, he introduced me to new teas, and bought ... there regularly. Now I just go to T.Kettle. Read more

Great selection of teas and nice staff. It's a good spot to buy loose tea for home or grab a takeaway tea for on the go. The cinnamon rooibos chai in particular is really good.

Love their grand cru matcha, especially the new, organic formulation. Minus one star due to the prepared matcha - it’s delicious, but a bit clumpy. Clumps of matcha when drinking can be gross. Since it can be hard to remove clumps with a matcha whisk, perhaps sifting the matcha first and/or ... using an electric blender would help. Read more

I had a peach 🍑 iced tea today which was the tea of the day. Good taste and refreshing! I also love the latte they make with different flavours!

Great customer service provided by JJ. Wish more employees are as dedicated and knowledgeable about their work as him. I bought some tea, and as he was filling my bag, he noticed that they were at the end of the large bag, and JJ opened a new bag ... of tea from the "back" instead of just dumping the remaining tea dust into my purchase.
