Friendly staff and good service. Excellent selection of teas, something for everyone. Always something new to try. David's tea always has the best staff, customer service these days is awful at most places, never at David's.

It was my first time at David's tea store. I'm not a tea drinker but I was looking forward to be introduce to the magical world of tea. But I was not lucky to find an enthusiastic sales person. I wish I would have been introduce better to the store, ... how it works, what products they have... I was trying to explain what flavors appeal to me to see if the sales person would interact with me and recommend me some options, you know up sale (that's what is expected from a good sales person). I was there very interested in trying a variety of teas but the disinterest of the person attending me turned me off and I ended up doing a quick shop and buying less than what I planned. The few times I even tried to ask for more information and recommendation the tone of the response was almost like "you're asking too much of me, you just pick what you want please and go". Anyways I still loved the teas I picked and I'll definitely come back for the tea. I just hope next time I'll just get a more friendly and enthusiastic person to help me. Read more

It's one of the Davids tea with good tea selections. The staff is knowledgeble and friendly. I have yet to run into any pretentious or snobby associates. Great place to pick up all your tea needs and get excellent service. Enjoy your tea!

In terms of ambiance they seem to have opted for the Apple aesthetic. Minimal and sterile. It's nice if that's what you're into. For my tastes I'd prefer something with a bit more life and personality where you can feel a bit cozy and relaxed while sipping a tea. Basically ... this is the main reason for the poor rating. It feels more like a place to do lab experiments than a place to spend time with friends or yourself. The teas themselves are average. While there's a healthy selection of options, and none were terrible, there's also nothing that's really stood out as something I must come back for more of. If i were to rate the teas alone, I'd give them a solid 3.5. I've had good experiences with the staff. They are friendly, but that alone is not enough to keep me coming back. Read more

I love DavidsTea. Make sure when you go in to try the teas of the day as they do change every day! I love the colours and the organization of the teas there. The staff there is always friendly and you get a personalized tea every time.
