No common sense. My wife went in today and purchased two drinks. She’s carrying a baby so a bag would’ve been nice. They refused to give her a plastic bag even though she offered to pay for one. She was told they ran out of plastic bags, but won’t give ... her the paper one. The worker then proceeded to watch my wife struggle with the drinks. These workers lack common sense. Read more

Menu has a variety of drinks and they’re all delicious! I spilled a drink once and the lady working there was super kind :) More than I would have been if I was her 😅 Love this store, 10/10. ❤️

They don’t do transparent cups anymore which kinda sucks because I like looking at the syrups and swirling it around in there .. but this location is always pretty fast for pick up and the drinks always come out consistent (I usually go for some brown sugar variation and it’s ... pretty good!) This Coco Fresh Tea & Juice is located closer to Wellesley Station and is pretty good if you're looking for bubble tea. They stay open till 11pm and service is standard. Menus are well displayed and follow the typical ordering process. Service is consistent with other chains and does get a ... lot of foot traffic. In the past, we have ordered Bubble Gaga, Passion Fruit Green Tea, and Grapefruit Green Tea from this location. The quality and quantity are consistent with others in the chain. Make sure you know what to order (beverage type, size amount, ice amount, sugar levels and toppings) to make it easier. Out of the three listed preferences, we prefer Bubble Gaga (Passion Fruit Tea with Coconut Jelly and Pearls, which comes in Large only) and Grapefruit Green Tea (with Sago). My favorite bubble tea spot in downtown Toronto! Great staff and my favorite is the traditional pearl milk tea with a coconut jelly topping. Highly recommend getting this boba.
