Chatime - Toronto, Ontario

Chatime is a chain and typically good, but it was so hot inside. They really, really need to use their air conditioning. I've noticed this at other locations, but it's never been THIS bad. This location was horrendous. I really felt sorry for the employees. I couldn't believe they managed ... to provide such good service in such horrid conditions. Let me tell you when I say the Brown Sugar Tea they serve.....I am addicted. I visit both the one at Dundas and the one at Wilson, and the way they make their products are identical. Also, they have this Tart Cheesecake...it's delicious. My diet is done the moment I set foot ... on this place. Sometimes, I crave the bubble tea out of nowhere. I don't crave often, but I am for this. It tells me that is that good. You must try it... only if you are into Bubble Tea. Read more

The tea was good, but the service was extremely bad. I came on May 18 at 6:30PM. A girl in a glasses was extremely rude with me and unwelcoming. I was nice with asking for a straw and pearls. But her looks were just saying how she’s done with interacting ... with me. Don’t recommend this location. You can get a better tea with a better service at another location. Read more

The mango slushie was mostly ice with barely any mango flavour. I don’t think they used real mangoes, just a little bit of mango flavoured juice. The slushie didn’t look like the preview at the kiosk, it was yellow and not orange. There was practically no mango juice because of ... how much ice they put. Read more

Went here yesterday for a large roasted milk tea. They gave me a drink that looked like milk… I tried it and it tasted like water. We asked for a new one cause this tasted just awful. Second one wasn’t any better. It literally tasted like all the ice had ... melted and it was the third or fourth time they used those tea leaves. It was disgusting. We didn’t want to complain again cause they already made it a second time. Even by looking at it, I felt like that is not the right colour for a reg. milk tea!?!?
