Extremely good service, I was impressed! The bathroom was clean, spacious, disability friendly and it's very modern. The seating in the establishment can generally be changed as they show a lot of wear and tear. Beyond what I've mentioned, this place is awesome.

I've been here a few times and this place sells pretty good bubble tea at a good price. The bubble tea tastes pretty good, and it is affordable. They have a good selection of bubble tea, and the employees are helpful and friendly. They helped me choose a bubble tea. ... They have pretty simple and basic flavours. Nice place to chill, but we took out our bubble teas to walk around downtown.

I got the Roasted Oolong Iced Tea Latte and it was a letdown because it was pretty bland. The milk flavour was the most prominent and I didn't taste any of the roasted oolong at all. Overall, it was like drinking milk with a very light coffee flavour. On the ... plus side, I did like how they put in a lot of tapioca - a lot of places now put way less. While they may pride themselves on offering drinks that are "100% pure" and use authentic ingredients and whatnot, there are other tea places that have the same approach but the drinks there are never flavourless or bland. With so many bubble tea places in the area, this one is a "skip" for me in the future. Read more

Nice seating and free Wi-Fi but the drinks were really really watery and overly sweet. Would be a nice place to study.
