Unorganized, felt like a hectic mess. People asking for people's orders but haven't finished others or charged them yet. Everyone rushing not doing things right. My smoothy was missing 2 fingers worth off the top, the blender still had stuff inside, but nope... Didn't fill it up. The smoothy was not smooth ... at all. More a chunker. Large sour strawberries filled the bottom. So lost the bottom 3 fingers worth of drink. If this was my first booster juice I'd never go back. In fact I'd recommend to go to a different location. The only reason this spot is still floating is the liked brand and location. But the service and products are bad, and negatively reflect the brand as a whole. Read more
Very slow service. The gentleman in front of me in line and myself waited at least five minutes just to be acknowledged at the cash register to place our order. Definitely a much better Booster Juice location at Union Station.
When a store is said to be open until 6, I thought it meant that I was able to purchase anything on the menu until 6. I wanted to order an item at 5:40 and it was refused because it was almost closing time. I guess we have ... different opinions on what it means to be "open till 6." Read more
If at all possible, try to go to the Scotia Plaza location. The store is often in a state if disarray, so don't be surprised if the Debit/Credit terminal is down or if no one is around to serve you. The more worrying aspect of their indifference is the state ... of the ingredients - fruits and vegetables often left out, frozen yogurt and sherbet left to melt. And maybe that would all be alright if they were nice people. But they aren't. So it's $7.00 for a smoothie ($7.50 with a "booster") with terrible customer service. If possible, it's worth the trek to Scotia Plaza where they care enough to make it a pleasant experience. Read more

Started a new job in this area, have passed by twice and I think that’ll be my last. The staff, particularly the one girl who seems to be working mornings. Are extremely rude and sour. Doesn’t answer questions about the menu and overall is just flat rude. I can’t ... start my day off with that type of energy so won’t be back. Read more
