If there’s 2 or more people in line be prepared to wait 20 mins. The owner understaffs this location. The workers are trying their best. Just waited 23 mins and they messed it up. What a great way to spend my entire lunch break. owner needs to go

I put up with their attitude because its the closest booster juice to me and the smoothies are fine, but today I choked on a blended up Red Delicious apple label! So gross they don’t even wash their ingredients! I will not be back.

Came here once before today and the service was not good. Very unpleasant staff who don't talk to you, just stare at you and wait for you to order. I arrived this morning at 732am (it says that it opens at 730) and the shop was closed with no indication ... that anyone was even there. I sat down and waited for a few minutes but ultimately left closer to 740 considering they will probably take their time to open up when they decide to arrive. I almost put an order through Ritual to pick up, thankfully I didn't because my card was expired on the app. Disappointed and slowed down my morning. GROSS!! I've been going there a few times, but this morning was the last time!! One of the girl finished a drink and drank directly from the mixer container!! She then proceed to have a taste from another container with a long metal spoon that she never washed and put back on the ... counter top. This is by far the most disgusting thing I've seen. Staff on their phones, had to pretend to cough a couple of times to get their attention. Ordered a shake with whey protein and wasn't sure if they put any in there so I asked "Is there whey protein in this?" and got a dirty look.
