This is really a store that sells bags. They happen to also make mediocre bubble tea. Don't bother, go a bit further and get one in China Town.

Weak flavor watery bubble tea, shop did not have sealing machine. Worse, there was a weird assortment of bags and hats on the wall for sale and store was not very clean. $4.99 for a not very large “large” (medium in most places), expensive.

My absolute favourite place to grab my favourite flavour (grape). ♥ I discovered this place last year and would come by almost every day. The woman is very friendly and sweet, too! It's only open from May - September, just as a head's up.
