Delicious veal sandwich and selection of Italian goods. Very affordable with great portions and a perfect lunch time spot
Popped into his place for lunch and was severely disappointed. Parking was tight but It wasn’t that busy, only 3-4 customers in the establishment. Super slow service. With only one person in front of me waiting in the buffet line, it almost took 20 minutes to get served. There ... was one lady behind the counter and a young girl at the cash that sounded like she didn’t really need to be there. Where she should’ve been was at the hospital because she sounded very, very ill. Expressing my concern, I mentioned to the lady behind the counter that maybe the girl needed to go home as she was coughing and hacking quite a bit. Even though she was wearing a mask, it was still very questionable. The lady mentioned to me that they were short staffed. Regardless, in situations like this, establishments need to make do - and not force or risk the health of their patrons. Will not be returning. Read more
Food is great but deserts always taste old. Would be a 5 star if they found new staff. I have never seen staff so miserable. I watched the server yell at a lady ordering because she asked for more sauce on a sandwich. Sauce is so cheap, not sure why ... there so upset all the time... Read more
The food was ok and Tiramisu was just fine not that good though. There is a place to dine in and eat but infra is quite old and overall it just ok, not that good. Overall mediocre experience. Ordered a veal sandwich with mushroom and cheese. Definitely nowhere near the best veal sandwiches I’ve had in Toronto. The best part was actually the bread which was nice and fresh. Service was not very great, lady behind the counter was less than thrilled to be there. ...
