On my recent trip to Toronto, I discovered Tre Mari Bakery, and I'm so glad I found this gem of a spot in Little Italy area. From talking to others I learned this family-owned gem has been a beloved part of the community since the 1960s, and it's easy to ... see why as I indulged in things. Staff is friendly and seem happy to be here. Also, seating facing the road with large glass windows is great for a curious people watcher like me :) The moment I walked in, I was captivated by the warm and welcoming atmosphere. The array of sweets on display was irresistible with so many cannoli options. I couldn't leave without trying the ricotta cannoli and spritz, and they did not disappoint - light, creamy, and great all around. I paired my pastry with a shot of espresso which was much needed. Good quality espresso for sure. Tre Mari also offers a variety of hot, cooked meals. I decided to try their veal and mushrooms with pasta on my second visit, and it was like a homemade meal - hearty, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The veal was very impressive, bursting with flavor and the mushrooms were a great addition. Even as a first-time two time visitor, I felt like I was part of something special. Tre Mari Bakery is more than just a place to grab a bite; it's a place where tradition, quality, and community come together. If you're ever in Toronto, this bakery is a must-visit. We had a wonderful time and the prices are great. Wonderful traditional Italian desserts and treats. My mom loved her capuccino. She also enjoyed her takeout desserts. Plus I bought some Italian green olives in a bottle and really enjoyed them later. Thank you!

Love this place, have been coming here for many years (20+). Fantastic hot table with most delicious selection of meat, pasta, lasagna, sandwiches, arancini, pizza and sometimes deep-fried shrimp. Bakery makes the best mini cannolis and amaretti cookies. I often come here for mortadella and proscuitto cotto from their vast ... deli section of cold cuts and cheese. They even do catering. Everything here is so good whether you sit and have a cappuccino or take home to eat. I adore the cannoli boxes, each holds a dozen of the mini cannolis, great hostess gift or all for yourself! It is always a pleasure to stop by and enjoy this beautiful bakery. The hot table, the pastries, the cold cuts/cheeses, the coffee are perfection! The staff are friendly and very kind. Tre Mari is one of my favorite bakeries in west Toronto. The charming atmosphere, with a cozy seating area, plenty of produce for take out from cheese to pastries and bread, good coffee, and the best cannoli you’ll have in town (you have to try the ricotta and rosemary one), make ... this place a TO gem!
