I got breakfast sandwich which costs 11$ The size of the sandwich was the size of a small English muffin. The ingredients were super basic and the bread was cold. Such a great bakery with a delicious assortment of fresh baked desserts and pastries. There are savory snacks and bites too. I love to start the weekend with a chocolate croissant in Ramsden park which is just down the road. Definitely recommend treating yourself at Petite Thuet Summerhill.
We were recommended by a friend and what a great idea to follow up on ordering here. Service and patience on the phone with their own recos were spot on to our palette. We ordered a beef dish that was insanely tasty and hit the spot. The ... donuts/beignets that were Nutella filled were so delicious as were the Lime and then Lemon tarts that were just so light and full of flavour. I was surprisingly unhappy about my experience at this Bakery. I had they're almond croissant, which I have to say is probably one of the worst almond croissants I've had in Toronto. It was incredibly still, and the pastry had a texture as if it was made a day or ... two previously. The only redeeming quality was that it didn't have a ton of almond essence like some other poor quality almond croissants often do. I also had their famed Alsatian sourdough bread. I'll be honest, other than it's nice crust oh, it really didn't taste very different from other Bakery bought white breads. Another disappointment.
