I have called on Petit Four for last minute catering on a number of occasions and I have not been disappointed. The customer service is great, always and friendly and the food has always been terrific. We have clients that fly and have and requested Petit Four on return visits. The ... portion size (of the sandwiches) reflect the price that goes along with them, and I have no problem paying $8-9 for a sandwich that is big enough to share. The dessert shots are delicious! I was not impressed with the service at all. The wait time was awful - it's in the financial district so you'd think they would recognize that the clients have meetings within the hour or so. Appetizers took 25 minutes to come and tasted awful. The entre was very average. ... Considering what your paying - service should be fast and food better. They offered to give us "coffee" on the house as a way to better our experience. There was no check in to ask how the food was. Poor service. Will not be returning. Read more
