I have visited this store many times. Wonderful team! They are very knowledgeable and always help me to choose the right supplement according to my needs and health. On my way I always pick up amazing wholesome food for my daughter and I.

I enjoyed my visit in this store. Owner and his employee were very kind to help me out with my supplements needs and recommending me with their honest and i saved tons of money. A budget friendly place to grab a quick vegan and non vegan breakfast and lunch in The Path at FCP. The place directly across K&K which is a haven for vegans, but not budget friendly. They have 4 or 5 !choices everyday for lunch and at least 2 or 3 are ... vegan. The side salads are again vegan and non vegan. I had the Vegan Souvlaki and it was great. With rice, green and red peppers, onions, tomatoes, lots of tofu and TVP chunks. The mixture is mixed with some herbs and some Mediterranean type dressing (cross between Italian and Greek). The dressing is already mixed so you can’t customize it. I found the dressing and particularly the oil a bit too much for my taste. Otherwise it is perfect. Quite filling. Small stop at First Canadian Place to buy healthy products (not a big variety, but enough for a quick stop). I really like the food station with good healthy and vegan options for a great price (They have offers of $8.50 including taxes!). I tried the Mexican rice ... and was delicious (be aware, a little bit spicy). Read more

This place is a health-food store, having a take-out food counter with a variety of beautiful and delicious-looking vegetarian/vegan hot dishes and soups, and fresh and colorful salads with choices of several exotic salad dressings such as vinaigrette , mango, and strawberry. So far I have tried their "Vegan Souvlaki" which I ... liked a lot, but next time I will pick a mix of two or three different dishes.
