Poorly designed lobby, always crowded. The elevators are horrible, and scary. There’s only six elevators for over 70 floors, and always two are broken. I’ve experienced twice plummet within half a year, which is life threatening.

Very expensive for what you get. Other than being above the subway, you pay a ridiculous price for a tiny space with "amenities" that are constantly under maintenance, broken down, etc. The security team is useless, the elevators are always a problem (good luck moving in or out on the ... date you want). No decent groceries nearby either. Read more

Really interesting building watching it go up. Located in Toronto's Yorkville neighbourhood at the intersection of Yonge and Bloor, The One is across the street from the 257 metre (844 feet) tall One Bloor condominium building.

Very friendly concierge team, they're just awesome. Great building in general with fantastic amenities. High quality appliances and building materials. I am grateful to live here waking up to these amazing views.
