Craving something sweet, we walked by to get the summer fruit cup but the mango one was sold out and their soft serve was sold out. The server at the cashier was really nice. One thing that bothered me a bit was that one of the girls making drinks had ... her long hair out and not tied up. Second visit: They had their summer drink this time. Definitely recommend getting it at the full regular sweetness level. I ordered it half sweet and had regrets but then had Splenda packets to sweeten it. It's hard to review this cafe, mainly because I do feel there is a lot of potential here due to the creativity of some items, such as the cream cheese foam matcha lattes. However I think some management issues might be holding this place back. The cafe always seem to have ... items there are not available, as there are stickers covering up menu items all the time. I do enjoy the matcha soft serve here, as the taste is comparable to that of Tsujiri. The matcha chiffon lava cake is also not bad. Although I feel this place can benefit greatly if they knock down their prices just a little bit to be more competitive and to attract more people given their somewhat low rating. Read more

So far I tried the mochi, the matcha lava cake and the red bean latte I like the lava cake it was not too sweet . Smaller thank I anticipated. The matcha and red bean roll cake was goid too The mochis was good its filled with cream and mangos. ... It was quite light. The red bean latte was good but too milky for me. It's a clean and cozy spot. I pay visits when it first open. I really like the cake and ice cream. The matcha drink is a great ideas with new elements. I think about the matcha there are no better matcha or worse matcha. The store can open in Toronto, they ... won't have bad quality matcha power. All is about is style. This store is more Taiwanese style and Tsujiri is japannes style. I like both just the way they perform matcha is slightly different. Read more

I tried to come here a week ago but they closed two hours earlier than the posted close time. I went back tonight and they were very unorganized and also made me a small when I paid for a large. The drink was okay. There are better places like Chatime I ... would choose over this. Read more
