Excellent HK milk tea! Rare restaurant to open at 6am. HK style set breakfast.

My experience with Marathon Cafe on Midland Avenue is excellent. The owners are Harvey and Tony. The Hong Kong Tea, Coffee, Food, and All Day Breakfast are hot, fresh, and delicious. I would say it’s more likely a Taiwanese-modified Hong Kong styled food instead of a traditional HK food. They claim that the instant noodles is 出前一丁, but definitely not according to the taste and texture. The satay beef 沙嗲牛肉 tastes like 沙茶醬instead of 沙嗲味. The sandwich and milk tea are good. Delicious food. Not too expensive. The Beef Satay Instant Noodle soup base is very good, as is the Milk Tea and Lemon Tea. Food came very quickly.
