Great assortment of Chinese baked goods at decent prices. They open at 830, but 75% of the baked goods aren’t actually done/out on the counter until past 930am, so I wouldn’t recommend going any earlier than 930 if you want a good selection to choose from.

$30 Fruitcake that was soft, moist, fresh and delicious! Just the right amount of sweetness and I swear you can eat the whole thing! Looking forward to order this again. They only take cash.

Got this lovely fruit cake for $30. It was very light and not too sweet at all, perfect for those who can’t eat too much sugar or for bringing to gatherings. The aunties will love it for sure.

Always a great place for a quick cheap breakfast or lunch. The buns are always yummy and they serve HK milk tea and coffee. This time they also had the lotus leave rice with chicken which are favorite. Ended up eating two caused they were so good. ... Seating is limited but people are usually quick with their meals. Prices are reasonable but due to inflation are unfortunately more (about a dollar a bun where they were like two for buck dollar back before the pandemic days).
