Quiet, friendly, cute little bakery. Staff super friendly and all served with a smile. Nice place to sit and eat, or just to get your bakery goods. Ordered grilled steak sandwich and a latte, as well as a tuna sandwich and a pastry. Definitely coming back

Nothing spectacular during my visit. For a first time customer, This place can get very confusing especially during rushes. With no signs nor menus, you're resulted to use a QR code to get by. Understandably it works but isn't that practical for a bakery / cafe style. Restaurants have that luxury ... for table arrangements for ordering qr style but for a cafe it's more line orientated and the experience can get overwhelming. Food options are just alright. A bakery full of European, Portuguese traditional breads, pastries, Portuguese and Brazilian delicacies. Friendly service, great coffee and easy parking. Wishing them all the very best!

I been coming here for a long time but this week and especially today I had several terrible customer service... the new employees look like they angry at me just for ordering. I didn't care but they kept messing up my order, I am not a demanding person if they ... don't want to smile or greet so be it but dont look upset at me for ordering or keep giving wrong orders then act like I am suppose to take whatever you give me. No need to mention their names, but they know, I would advise them to search for another job that has no interaction with people. Trying Bakeries across the GTA. Finally came to Caldense bakery after friend recommendation. Got 2 cream horns and 2 eclairs. Then only good thing about the eclairs is the custard filling. The pastry dough tasted old and bland. The cream horn shell was good. However in both horns they were only filled ... up about 50% with the other end being completely empty as seen in the images.
