I bought a chocolate cake for a birthday and it turned out to be dry, was not fresh and crumbled when cut. More than half the cake went in the garbage as no one liked it. The previous day a colleague bought a fruit for our office function and it ... was delicious and my colleague knows the staff there so she probably got a fresh one. My husband and I went there today and bought about $400 worth of groceries, it was overpriced but as long as you make sure you're selling quality, healthy products to the people who are your loyalty customers, it's okay. Maybe a promotion from you can maintain our faitful customer profile.

I want to share with everyone my expierence with Arz Scarborough location catering! I made an order two years ago from Arz and the star was the whole lamb with rice! It was amazing sooo tender, tasty and juicy ! I was waiting for an occasion to order the whole ... lamb again and I did for Eid el feter and again it was a huge success but unfortunately there was no left overs! Great selection. I have totally enjoyed their desserts and take out particularly. When I'm going on day trips I do my precooked meal shopping here. One of the best grocery store experiences and excellent customer service! @arz if you would like me to do some food photography for you and / ... or more food reviews, it would be a delight. Best place for Middle Eastern delicacies, groceries and food items. Lot of varieties of baklava available here. We got mixed baklava box. Prices too are reasonable. But only one thing is staff were not attentive. We stood at the baklava counter for a long time but no one showed up ... to take order. Read more
