The coffees here are delicious and well-made. I love that it's a family owned independent cafe. The sandwiches too are homemade in the back kitchen, but the only caveat in this regard is that the quality you get at times depends on who's making it! So I'd normally skip on ... it unless I know the main owner is at the front making the food. Read more

Nice place and a very friendly staff. Was there for a meeting so could not explore all of the space. Nice experience.

Very homely atmosphere. Quiet for the most part except when the owners' family comes around (two young kids + the odd older friend). Still they were super friendly and respectful of the customers. A very charming neighborhood coffee shop! The owner is very nice and accommodating. His wife makes her Chai Masala from her own blend. It is yummy! The decor fits the mood of the shop and is very laid back. There are two more rooms in the back of of the ... shop with books and games. We came here while visiting Toronto. If you happen to be in the neighborhood it's the perfect place to get your morning coffee or tea. Read more

Favourite new cafe in town. Great atmosphere, excellent service, quirky decor! Great selection of eastern coffees and delicious chocolate corissants! Never gets too busy! Perfect for a mid-day chill out. Love the patio too!
