Only a 3 star because the food was decent for the price. The service was lackluster and brought the experience down. They wanted $3 for a side order of rice, which would have made the menu item more expensive than their all-you-can-eat option. The servers needed to come back to ... our table three times and needed to confirm the same thing two times; there were few tables occupied too. The a-la-carte lunch menu is very limited. Read more
To clarify that one star is mandatory by google but it’s less than zero! This place is terrible. Don’t fall for the $6.99 special. It’s automatically $7.99+ tax if you don’t pay cash so you’re at almost $10. Take that and go somewhere else and get a better quality food. ... What they give you as “sushi” is a whole lot of rice, with a whole lot more of the tempura crunchy stuff and a little bit of something that’s supposed to be fish. This “fish” thing is a pre-mixed mystery pink stuff that they scoop out of tuppeware. Then they pile on as much as possible of those flakes and roll it. The worst part is that they only give you one tiny little packet of soya for it. They are cheaping out on every little thing yet their servers are just standing around chatting. Customer service is poor, food quality is one of the worse I’ve ever experienced and the restaurant is dark and dingy. Read more
If there is a “0 star” option, I would literally give a zero. I’ve been to all kind of Japanese restaurant, fancy, high end, hidden place, all you can eat, u name it. Today, sushi house has blowed my mind in the worst way possible. My friend and I had ... the dinner all u can eat today. First of all they give you food that are cheap and filling, so you can have much sashimi after all the sweet Potato tempura, edamame. When the sashimi is finally arrived, look how many fake crabs meat are there?? The salmon taste like it was dead for 3 month. Second, let’s talk about their rolls. They tasted even worse than the ones you got from grocery store. And there was sands in it. Yes, SAND. Lastly We haven’t had one dish that we were satisfied. We use the words “eatable” to describe how does some of the ok things taste. Ex: tempura, and miso soup. It was the worst restaurant I’ve ever been. I wish the owner of the restaurant could see my reviews and take some actions. I don’t usually be this serious about a restaurant but today’s lunch was more than disappointed. Read more
Just $20.99 for all you can eat. Good cost performance. Salmon and squid sushi were really good. And there are many Manu on this course. Not only sushi and roll but also Tempura, salad, soup, yakitori, udon, and dessert. Servers are really nice. But only a kitchen staff who is ... working at the bar was too bad!!! He destroyed our peaceful dinner time at the one shot. When we asked him for the order sheet for next order, he pulled a long face and heaved a big sighhh. Then gave directions to us with his chin. We were dumbfounded for a while, and after he heaved a bug sigh twice, finally he gave us the sheet in displeasure. Read more
The place is nice and friendly but the food's terrible. My friend and I had the all you can eat buffet and our orders took forever to get here. I feel like the restaurant prioritizes the takeout orders more than the dine-in orders. Our orders had like 10mins between every ... dish that we ordered in the beginning. I would get it if we ordered things one by one but we ordered everything at the beginning and service was extremely slow. One of the rolls we got was slathered with so much sauce it was practically inedible. On the other hand the ice cream was good. Read more
