My brother has been on the phone with them for over a half hour roughly now. We ordered a shrimp AND mushroom dish and received 2 pieces of shrimp so we asked to get our money back for that ONE order. They proceeded to argue and say that “the chef ... said he put 8 pieces in” but they only put 2. We order from here more than once a month and spend $70+ every single time and they cannot when give $10 back even though that’s quite pricey. They proceeded to argue and argue saying “they put 8” but as a household that has ordered from here countless times over the years, their customer service was rather ridiculous. I was put on hold and I was on hold for quite some time and heard a bunch of people laughing, hung up, called back and someone answered immediately. Then they say “hold on” in the middle of me talking to not answer me, ignored my call from my cell phone and answered immediately off of the house phone. Honestly, the customer service is awful. My girlfriend works in customer service and says this is atrocious and would not happen in a majority of places. They also said their manager does not speak English and cannot resolve this issue. My girlfriend is from an Asian decent so this is in no way a race comment, just ridiculous how no one could resolve this issue and kept ignoring my calls. Read more

The biggest downfall of this buffet is the selection of food. All of the food, including the dessert, is confined to a single small corner. The quality of the food itself was okay and the service was decent. The biggest complaint I have is that they will charge you tip ... on the bill it self, without letting you know. The receipt does not even say that tip was charged, but if you do the calculations on the price of the buffet you'll figure it out. Read more

Using a combination of MSG and oyster juice, Tasty Munch has accomplished what no other restaurant could; making customers crave tap water. Service was quick, though there were only 4 customers in the spacious dining room (must've caught them on a slow night) . There's a TV with the news on it which is nice. Bathrooms could use a bit of work but its got great tasting food, decent size portions too, ... with the right amount of spicy hotness, and I love my food spicy. Read more

The food is usually good not as good as it was before the new management may I add but usually pretty good nonetheless. However, I've had many issues with the attitude I've received while placing orders both over the phone & in person. They are rude & if I wasn't ... hungry AF I would have ordered elsewhere.
