I recently visited Sake Bar Kushi and had an amazing time! The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff was incredibly friendly. The food was delicious, especially the karaage and sushi, and the sake selection was impressive. Sake Bar Kushi has an amazing atmosphere. From being welcomed when you enter to the swift and quick service of the workers attending our table. They were kind and constantly checking in to see how we liked everything. In addition to that, with a party of 7 people, the food ... came exceptionally fast. Not only was the service and atmosphere great but so was the food. They were even so kind as to provide us with complimentary dishes “on the house”, food items which we hadn’t ordered but they continued to bring more of these items to our table. High quality service indeed. We basically managed to taste the entire menu atop of what we had chosen to order ourselves. However, the chicken karage failed to impress. Regrettably, the karage arrived tough and dry, lacking the juicy tenderness expected from the ... dish. Despite this disappointment, the staff's attentive service throughout the meal deserves recognition. Sake Bar Kushi has the potential to shine with its impressive sake offerings and attentive staff. Great atmosphere. Food tasted great. Service was amazing. They had a nice selection of tastety dishes. They also have a huge selection of sake bottles you can't get at other izakayas.

Had a really nice experience here! The sashimi pieces were huge and buttery, one of the best dishes I had in the evening. All the sushi was fresh and tasted great. I didn’t love the eel/unagi dish we ended up ordering as there was too much skin or fat on ... the fish, which didn’t taste great. Overall, really good quality, enjoyable food. The staff are also very attentive and bow almost every time they interact with you. I didn’t really expect it but it made the experience more authentic. Read more
