Many restaurants Located here. Our family liked "Sushi legend". Plenty of parking spots. A Chinese supermarket "Sunny supermarket" is nearby.

Asian-inspired neighbourhood plaza with lots of eateries, a supermarket, banks, a bakery, a pharmacy, etc. It has anchor tenants like Asian Legend, Congee Wong, and Sunny supermarket. Parking can be tight even with the double deck parking added about a decade ago. Congee Wong alone makes this a go to ... plaza! Read more

Parking sucks but Asian food market was interesting..not friendly in any way. Sushi restaurant was good. My impression of cleanliness is still in question

The spaces in front on the north gate, near the Chinese Halal Restaurant (see photo), should not be for parking. Once cars are parked there, the entrance becomes more narrow and it's extremely dangerous to enter or leave through that entrance. It seems they are marked for not parking but ... people didn't seem to care. They should patrol and issue tickets if that's the case. Also, there seemed to be no handicapped parking spots. The plaza management, Kwan & Kwan Property Group, didn't seem to care any of these. You can't get to the CIBC ATM after hours because the plaza doors are locked. Parking is extremely hard to find during busy hours. The parking lot itself is dirty, with garbage and cigarette butts everywhere. The loading area is smelly and filthy too. Read more

It's a good square plaza. Lots of good stores and very cleans. Well kept area. I recently visited the Sushi legend. Very accommodating and busy. This place also has a very big parking lot. Well suited for the stores.
