The place has a typical izakaya, casual vibe. Pretty decent amount of seating in their dining room. I made a reservation for a Thursday evening, but probably could have gotten a table as a walk-in. The service is attentive and everyone on their staff contributes to providing a good guest experience. Can’t ... say that I was a fan of the food as much. Food, ambiance, and service was exceptional with friendly and attentive staff members. Checked in with my group if they want to place additional orders. I always love coming here and the Don Mills location when it comes to hosting birthdays 🎂

We have been coming to Nomé for years and always have an amazing time. This time we went for my husband’s birthday. Every dish was delicious and the service was excellent. We will be coming back again and again!

I recently visited this place and had mixed feelings about the experience. The vibe was a bit strange with Britney Spears music playing while UFC matches were showing on the TVs. It felt like an odd mix for an oyster bar. The oysters themselves were good, but the other dishes we ... tried—gyoza and two of their special sushi rolls—were just average at best.
