We used to enjoy this place. I don’t know what happened but the food has really declined in size and quality. The sweat sour tofu was hard as a rock with little to NO tofu just fried coating. The small portions are micro small. Also ordered a small veggie plate ... that came with 1 piece of broccoli, a couple of mushroom slices and one piece of cauliflower- for $7 !!!! I always get the sweet & sour tofu with rice. The lemongrass tofu is good too.

Came right before opening on a Sunday morning and they were able to serve us. Lots of vegatrian options with limited seating. I was craving a banh mi and ordered a vegan cold cut and it was super flavourful. I also ordered the spring rolls and they were super crispy. New update: quality of food has gotten worst. It’s been months since I’ve been back & wanted to give this place another try… but this time, the food items were not fresh at all. One of the items I bought was moldy, the coconut sauce from the Vietnamese dessert (che) ... was bad (sour). We also order some items from the menu, but they gave us the wrong item & again we did not notice until we got home. Will never go back again & I believe it is a health & safety concern at this point. After new ownership, food quality & quantity has been lacking. Tried it several times giving it some time to improve, but it is still lacking. Same order every time, but tastes different every time. Service is also not as good, they literally forgot to give us one of our orders, and we didn’t realize until we got home (with all the orders we got, it’s hard to keep track, & the employee confirmed that we had everything). This place is great for vegan and vegetarians. We went yesterday after a year or more. And we were very happy with the food. We went at 6:30pm and they received us ( jus 30min before they close). The fry noodle dish and the bàhn mi we ordered were super tasty. ... The noodle soup was not the best we had had, but still delicious and enjoyable and full of veggie mockmeat. Portions are a bit smaller than before. Prices are affordable. Sandwiches $5 and noodle dish $13. And staff was friendly. I wish they have a bigger space for dinning to bring more people. They also improved the menu with pictures on big screens over the counter. Next time will take a pic. Read more
