Good Chinese restaurant all round. Food quality, service as well as atmosphere are all on par. Most of the dishes we chose were the ones with more natural flavour instead of spicy ones. They all came as expected. Savory tofu soup was particularly good & quite special.

Nice clean place. The beef noodle soup exceeds expectation, the beef is juicy and soft, and the soup is very yummy. The fried rice cake and the lo Mein are delicious, and the peas leaves tips with mushrooms are fresh and soft. Decent Chinese in downtown area.

You can taste the quality. The Soup Dumplings were so delicious. Black Pepper Beef serves huge chunks of tender beef. Salt & Pepper Chicken was moist with a yummy crispy breading. I am confused as to why this particular location has received such low ratings. My experience there was very positive and the service was quick and efficient. The salt and pepper chicken I ordered was cooked to perfection - it was crispy on the outside and still moist inside. Also, ... the black pepper beef was cooked perfectly, medium well and very juicy. I particularly enjoyed the Lee Chen Fried Rice, which was delicious. Lastly, the dumplings were just as good as the best dumpling restaurant “Juicy Dumplings”. Now where Lee Chen suffers is the portion. The quantity doesn't reflect the price. But overall great place to dine. Read more
