If the place had a nicer decor I would give it 5 stars. Despite the rough look of the place.. portions are generous. The sushi is fresh and delicious. The house special udon is a sight to behold.

I love Happy Sushi. It is cozy and has loyal patrons. I have been coming here for 4 years and I always feel welcomed and at home. And the sushi is great - fresh and tasty and great value. A must for the East end crowd on the Danforth!

Friendly staff, good service, reasonable prices. Mediocre sushi and atmosphere. I love sushi and eat it often for lunch near my work in Richmond Hill at several restaurants but I find this place near my house a bit underwhelming. If the sushi was a bit better and the interior a ... bit brighter I'd be a regular. Read more

Happy Sushi has a small, cozy feel. Our server was very sweet and her service was great. The meal was tasty, with large delicious portions of sushi. When you leave, all the chefs sing "bye bye" together!
