Worst restaurant ever. Extremely poor service if you could even call it service. We arrived at 8:30 and the door said closed but the open sign was on. We opened the door and saw three guys with their coats on sitting at the bar, we asked if they are open. ... The man said yes. And pointed to a table for us to sit at. There was no other customers in the restaurant the whole time we were there. We got two menus for the four of us. We were looking to get General Tao chicken. It wasn’t on the menu so we asked the guy behind the bar if they had it. He came over and insisted it was on the menu. Took the menu out of my hand and looked and it wasn’t there. They did have it just not on their menu. We all ordered and waited for our food. He brought us over water, never even asked us if we wanted something for drink. They brought the food. We ordered 4 dishes because we were 4 people. They brought out one dish at a time 5 minutes apart. Never checked up on how our meal was going, we finished our water before the food was brought out. And we never received any more water after that one glass. The food wasn’t terrible the women working in the back was nice and made the food good but the service makes the food not worth it. We waited about 15 minutes once we’re done our food and no one came to get our plates to ask if we need anything or to bring a bill. The three men were at the bar with their coats on still. On their phones talking. We had to interrupt to get the bill. The process of getting the bill was extremely long and got attitude the whole time. At first they brought us one bill. Which isn’t what we wanted. We asked to get two bills split into the two couples. Then they brought us the big bill just split into two equal half but we all didn’t order the same stuff. We then asked to have the right bill which would be two bills with the meals one couple order and the other bill would have the two meals the other couple ordered. When we tired to explain that the guys just told us we should have told him that when we ordered and just have us more attitude. Eventually we got the bills figured out and went to pay. Because of the terrible service we did not tip. We payed and the guy took the card machine from us to give us our receipt. When he saw we didn’t tip. He took the card out and threw it across the counter, even thought I had my hand out for him to give me the card. Would never return, or recommend anyone going there or ordering from this restaurant. These problems probably won’t be resolved if they pay as much attention to their reviews as they do to their customers in the restaurant. Read more
