It’s a great idea to have a nice time with your family and friends in this place. Otherwise, I love the fresh yummy food they offer for barbecue.

Decided to come here due to the long waitlist at their competitor, Gyubee. We visited during the weekend dinner, which cost a little more but offered more choices for sushi and meat. The sushi was decent, although not worth it since you can't order it sashimi style. I enjoyed the ... edamame as it seemed to have been seasoned with star anise and had a cold crunch to it. The meat quality was average, and the marinade was honestly bland. The weak grill fans led to poor ventilation, allowing cooking smoke to hit your face. Our waitress constantly refilled our waters but didn't engage in conversation otherwise. Considering the price, there are comparable AYCE restaurants offering a better experience. Read more

I celebrated a friend's birthday at Chako BBQ and experienced a lively, though slightly dark, ambiance perfect for a Friday night out. As an AYCE BBQ spot, it offered an endless array of meats for grilling, alongside sushi, ensuring a feast fit for any appetite. The service was exceptionally attentive, ... with servers readily available to clear plates, take new orders, and even replace grills to keep the dining experience smooth. While the fountain pop was refreshingly topped up with care, the overly sweet kimchi was a slight miss for my Korean palate. An unexpected twist came with the realization that Friday night counted as the weekend, which meant access to special weekend-only items like sashimi and lamb slices. We discovered this a bit too late and would have appreciated being informed at the beginning of our meal. However, the accommodating staff compensated by giving us two servings of Chapman ice cream instead of one, leaving a sweet lasting impression. Our favorite go-to place for Korean BBQ in the winter time! Price is decent for lunch all you can eat. Kids under 12 get a discount, but they don't have a kids menu. The sushi rice in their rolls doesn't taste fresh so don't bother. Come here for the meat ... and seafood and it's totally worth it. Read more
