I am working upstairs for years now in same building. I come here once in a while. I came this place by end of day. They were having 1 meat deal at that time. I was really confused between fish and chicken. She saw that. As chicken looked dry and thats ... my go to dish. I took chicken anyway and I asked her politely if I can try small cut of fish after paying. I told her, I was thinking to take fish the next day. So I asked her if I can try piece of fish. She said no in a really rude way. Fact that she said no doesn't hurt, but the way she said does. Could have just said no politely like I asked. I'm never coming this place again. Customer service is so bad. If I hadn't paid I wouldn't have took the food. I regret spending 100's of dollars here last couple of years. Read more

I’ve ate in here couple of times, its actually tastes not too bad, except been really salty and oily. Until one time I ate a HAIR out of the shrimp (yes, the shrimp in the picture below). Chewed on piece of steel wool while eating food I bought from California Thai at Metro Centre. The sharpness of the steel wool cut my tongue. The server was not apologetic instead she appeared very arrogant explaining that they use steel wool to wash the dishes. ... She smirked and spoke in her language when I asked for my money. Eventhough the food is delicious, out fear I will never eat there. This piece of steel wool could have caused serious harm if I had swallowed it. When I'm sick, I get the chicken noodle soup (pho) from here and it's really good. I feel much better after.
