A very unique fine dining experience. Expect to be there for a few hours. The waitress was so pretty in traditional clothing and make up! This place is absolutely amazing. Me and my wife love Japanese food however it's not easy to find authentic Japanese places. Then we found this hidden gem in our neighborhood. The staff is so nice and welcoming they will explain you the dishes if you are new to Japanese food ... and they will gladly explain and make suggestions too. We had a really nice conversation with Mari while dining ”she is the one dressed up in a kimono". And the best part, the food .. is absolutely amazing 🤩 it's soo good and high quality. Best Sushi in Toronto by the value. The quality of the fish and sushi is comparable with all the Michelin starred restaurants in downtown. Amazing service as well.

Although we did not have a reservation, the staff was kind enough to offer us a spot by the sushi bar. It was nice to see the sushi chef in action. The sashimi and rolls were very fresh and good. Came here to celebrate our birthdays (we're one day apart) and it was an unforgettable experience. I think I enjoyed the service here more than the food itself, which was good in its own right. The Aoyama course was VERY filling. I thought the sushi was just so-so (some of the ... fish were not premium cuts), but everything else was consistently good. I liked that they gave us a whole lobster for the tempura course! The soup dish with mushroom and bamboo was also a standout because of its delicate taste and presentation. This place is quite out of the way but it's a hidden gem. Do come here if you're celebrating a special event because you're in for a treat! Read more
