Managers/owner should really train their staff what customer service looks like. Almost every single time I am here the staff has an attitude and is extremely rude. Never a smile. Never a thank you or you're welcome. They have the nerve to give you attitude when they screw up YOUR ... order. I go to Tim Hortons almost daily and this has to be worst location in terms of staff. Early morning, long line up but three cash register were open. We were served at the middle cash register a middle age female staff. This staff her voice is loud and clear however she does not listen well. She kept on interrupt while I was talking. Because she doesn't listen she ... had to confirm the order three or four times. It's two simple drinks ( 1 large coffee with two milk// 1 large coffee with two milk & 1 sugar). Sigh, after repeated the order four times the staff loudly asked if I was paying cash or card. I said cash, then she asked again..I said cash...sigh. You would think repeating our order 4 times we would get our order correctly. NOPEeeee, 1 have cream and the other may have at least three or four times of the sugar. Never I will come back to this place. It was the first and will be the last. Read more

Worst ever Tim Horton's! I order 6 donuts in this store today, the lady had a rude attitude from the beginning, looks like very unhappy for this job and the customers. The bad thing is they placed many donuts in the wrong place like place vanilla Dip in the Maple Dip ... place, most are in the wrong place . My little son are not very sure how to choose, and he told the employee according to the name on the menu, but actually it is not the right one he wants because they put most on mix wrong place. The employee is very very impatient and rude complaining that my son didn't tell her the right donuts, glare at the child fiercely and complaining impatiently. It is the employee's fault who put in the wrong place, but they complain the customers. The most worst is the store manager is also very rude, when I complained to her, she said sorry contemptuously and then told me done. I understand why there are so many complains and 1 star in the reviews. Really disappointed with this store service. Never going here again!!! Read more
