I recently visited this Tim Hortons location and had an incredibly disappointing experience. The girl working there was extremely rude and unprofessional. She seemed completely uninterested in helping customers and was not doing her job properly. Her attitude and lack of effort were unacceptable. The Ritz (girl) working over here is so rude , she doesn’t have manners to talk with their customers. Usually i come on this location because food is so good but it’s not worth if you don’t get the good customer service. Wasted my money and time. One of the slowest mornings there is for a Tim Hortons without a drive through and yet I managed to have to wait more than 10 minutes in line. Lucy the cashier is extremely rude, I hope she is just having a bad day. After finally placing an order, I ... found a seat to wait but was singled out and instructed to wait in the pick up area. Like I was going to get my food instantly. I ended up having to wait another few more minutes before my food arrived. I usually come between 5:30 to 5:45 in the morning and there's only one person serving everyday, taking orders, making drinks and making sandwiches. Although there's many people waiting their turn to be served, the server is not panicking at all because she tried to remember most ... of the customers who comes everyday who's getting the same order so she can make them while other people's payments using plastic cards are still processing.
