I went to order a coffee. The place was chaos, there were two cash registers, and an auto-order station. There were people scattered everywhere. I asked the guy in front of me which line was for what, he didn't know. There wasn't any signage of any kind to tell patrons ... where/how to order or pick up. So I chose a line and waited in line behind some guy at a cash register, he eventually retrieved his order from the middle counter. Then, nobody came to the cash register I was standing at, all three employees saw me, but made no effort to take my order not tell me that I should be in a different line. One employee looked like she was smiling, getting a kick out of the fact that I was standing there like an idiot waiting for someone to take my order. The cash register I was at, was lit up and appeared ready to take orders, there was no sign saying "out of order" or please order over there... The only way I found out that nobody was working that register, was when someone I knew walked in and told me that I have to go to the far register, that nobody comes to that one. This is ridiculous. Get signage. So I point out to the guy behind the register (who had seen me standing there for several messages and could have motioned me over at any point) that they need signs so people know what to do. He told me, they don't need signs, everyone knows. I told him I'm not a regular and don't know that, how should i know this if there aren't any signs, to which he offered an empty apology. Very busy location, yet the service is pathetic. $25 bucks of food not up to the mark for Tim Horton’s standard as other locations. IcedCaps not made right at all, and a simple Paninis seemed complicated for the cook. I wont return to this location, and would also recommend to address any ... issue to the store manager. I would like to give the worst review for the Tim Horton's location I have ever been to. The sandwich I ordered was completely separated, and the side of wedges I ordered were not only crispy, but incredibly hard like candy. Furthermore, there was even a cigarette butt in the ... corner where I was sitting. I will never eat here again. Read more

I have consistently received terrible service at this location. Have contacted head office many times and they do not remedy the situation, simply a sorry for your help experience. Service was better here a few years ago, not sure if management changed.
