I’ve been to this location many times in the past year as my work is nearby, and it’s safe to say I’ve never had a good experience with the staff there. Maybe one good interaction in the past year, but the rest of the time staff aren’t pleasant and I ... usually brush it off, but today really pushed me to write this review. I always go in preparing myself mentally, because no matter how nice I’m being to them, I’m always met with a cold attitude. I would understand for the most part if it onlyhappened once or twice, but it happens pretty much every time I go in and it ruins my morning. As someone who works a customer facing job in a pretty busy environment, I would never treat customers like that even when I’m exhausted. Please do better! Good food served up with a side order of attitude. My wife and I wanted to try Tim Hortons as this is our first time in Canada and and eating at Tim Hortons. Our order taker didn't communicate very well and when they called our order ready it was incorrect. ... When I tried to point that out to the cashier she immediately blamed us, but when I showed her the receipt and what we ordered she looked dumbfounded and admitted that they got it wrong. No big deal, except for her passive aggressive attitude. I'll go back to Tim Hortons, but not this one. Luckily there are numerous other locations around Toronto. Amazing because that was the first rude encounter we experienced in Canada whose citizens have a reputation for politeness. This young lady seriously needs better customer service training. Service quality is dropping down. Had a wrap and large double double which is very much poor quality. The coffee feels just drinking hot water. Please keep up the service and quality product we expected to undertake you service as did before. Please take this as a direction rather complaint ... get get your quality of the product up to the standard. Read more

I came here to grab a large order of donuts and bagels for work, and was served by Nicki. She was pleasant, fast, accurate, and kind in helping me with my order. Great service that will encourage me to come here again!

For anyone passing by on King Street, the store is barely visible, as it is next to a commercial building. The main entrance has steps, which makes entry difficult for wheelchair users and people with low mobility. There is a side entrance, which gives access to the commercial building, and ... which has a ramp, an option for wheelchair users and people with disabilities. The food is always fresh and the display is always organized and stocked. They are generally quiet between 2pm and 6pm. The team is usually very polite, but they are always inattentive to orders, they place the order and forget to call the customer, or they call it quietly and leave the product there.
