They put less chocolate milk in my ice cap, it not full like usually

I only come here once in awhile, and each time I’ve gone, my order has been incorrect. At this point I’m impressed at how this happens without fail every time. If there was a consistency rating this location is a 10/10! Otherwise 1 star

I come to this location as it is quieter and generally not a busy as the location downstairs in the eaton centre but I will no longer be. I’m displeased with the customer service I’ve received here on multiple occasions, with the last 2 interactions solidifying my decision. I am ... finding myself waiting unreasonably long for small orders; watching people who have ordered after me get their orders first, not being communicated with when my order might have to take longer than usual, and there is never any extra kindness or sincere apologies to rectify the situation. When the manager is around he is good about letting me know about delayed order times, offering me an alternative item as well as a sincere apology. The last three times I have frequented this location, I have had to wait 15+ minutes for a beverage to be prepared, even when I have placed the mobile order in advance. It seems that management is not scheduling enough staff in the early mornings, so you see them setting ... up and trying to serve customers at the same time. Simply not enough hands on deck. I have witnessed many customers who have expressed their frustrations with the wait time openly. If this issue persists, many long-time customers will look to other Atrium establishments when placing orders. Read more
